1. Introduction

Welcome to Watermelon, a creator monetization platform operated by Keymagine. Watermelon lets TikTok creators earn money by posting pre-designed slideshow content featuring language learning mnemonics.

By accessing or using Watermelon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Watermelon. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Watermelon is currently available to creators in the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico.

3. How It Works

Watermelon provides you with ready-made slideshow content (images, hooks, and description text). You post this content on TikTok through your own account. You earn money based on the views your posts receive.

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One account per person. No shared or duplicate accounts.
  • You must provide accurate payout information. Keymagine is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details you provided.

5. Content & Ownership

All template content provided through Watermelon — including hook images, mnemonic images, and description texts — is owned by Keymagine. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to post this content on TikTok through the platform.

Keymagine may revoke this license and your access to content at any time.

6. Posting Rules

When posting content from Watermelon, you must:

  • Include all the screenshot images provided by Watermelon in your post.
  • Include the description text provided by Watermelon.
  • Not reuse or repost the exact same generated post more than once.

Failure to follow these rules may result in your earnings not being counted or your account being terminated.

7. TikTok Compliance

You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. Keymagine is not responsible for any actions TikTok takes against your account, including suspensions, bans, or content removals.

8. Earnings & Payouts

  • CPM rate: $0.50 per 1,000 views. Keymagine may adjust this rate with notice.
  • Minimum payout: $20. You must reach this threshold before requesting a withdrawal.
  • Processing: Payouts are processed via Grade, which charges a 5% processing fee. US-based creators must complete a W-8BEN tax form for their first withdrawal.
  • Payout methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, crypto, gift cards, and other methods available through Grade.
  • Processing time: 1–5 business days after a payout is approved.
  • Earnings displayed on the platform are estimates until confirmed.

9. Termination

Keymagine may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, unpaid earnings may be withheld.

You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraud or artificially inflate view counts (including buying views or using bots).
  • Create or operate multiple accounts.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the platform's source code.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Watermelon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Keymagine does not guarantee any specific level of earnings, platform uptime, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keymagine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

13. Changes to Terms

Keymagine reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform. Your continued use of Watermelon after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
